  • Verify a first-time guest's ID when a yellow result appears
  • Recognize returning guests who have already completed ID verification
  • Review tags associated with a red access result

  • Properly care for the face scanner, tablet, cables, and ID scanner
  • Handle IDs that do not successfully pass verification without making assumptions about why they failed

Understanding Red Light Green Light

Green
The guest has previously completed ID verification and can proceed according to property procedures.
Yellow
Additional verification is required. Security can scan the guest's ID, and once successfully processed, the guest's face is associated with that verification for future visits.
Red
Access has been denied based on a tag associated with the individual. Examples may include banned guests, self-exclusions, temporary bans, or recently terminated employees. Security should review the displayed information and follow the property's established policies and procedures.

The Red Light Green Light system helps properties streamline entry while giving security personnel clear, actionable information at the point of access.
