Threat detection, joined to identity at the entrance
Xtract One screens the guest. eConnect identifies them. Together they answer both halves of the question security actually asks at a door: what is coming in, and who is bringing it.
How the partnership works
Xtract One threat-detection events are received with lane and timestamp and matched to the face captured by the covering camera. The fused event carries the alarm classification, the recognized identity, and the frame.
Because the identity is resolved at the moment of the alarm, secondary screening becomes targeted. A known season-ticket holder and a subject on an ejection list produce the same alarm and very different responses.
What the integration delivers
Alarm-to-identity fusion
Threat-detection events and the recognized face at the lane are joined into one reviewable event.
Targeted secondary screening
Watchlist context arrives with the alarm, so secondary screening is directed rather than uniform.
Ejection-list enforcement
A previously ejected subject alarming at a lane is identified before secondary screening begins.
Throughput analytics
Alarm rates and resolution times are reported by lane, by hour, and by recognized repeat subject.
What it changes for the operator
Business outcomes, not feature lists. This is what the property gets out of the integration.
Faster lanes, better decisions
Directed secondary screening moves the queue while giving officers more context, not less.
Bans that actually hold
A person removed once is recognized on their next visit, whether that is next week or three years later. Enforcement stops depending on who happens to be on shift.
One record, one truth
Identity, video, and operational data live in the same investigation record, so compliance requests and legal holds are answered from one place.
Investigations in minutes, not days
A single photo resolves to a full timeline, the associated video, and every linked event. Reviewers stop scrubbing footage and start reading answers.
How the data moves
eConnect reads from the partner platform, resolves identity, and returns intelligence. Nothing is replaced.

Intelligence layer
Xtract One threat events are fused with the recognized face at the lane; eConnect returns identity-enriched alerts and throughput analytics.
Where it earns its keep
Arena entry screening
A threat alarm on the west concourse is fused with an identity already on the ejection list.
Directed secondary screening
Alarms from recognized, cleared regulars resolve faster, concentrating officer time where it matters.
Entrance throughput reporting
Lane alarm rates and resolution times are analyzed against recognized repeat subjects.
