Threat detection joined to identity at the entrance
Xtract One screens the guest. eConnect identifies them. Together they answer both halves of the question security asks at the door: what is coming in and who is bringing it.
How the integration works
Xtract One threat detection events can be received with lane and timestamp and matched to the face captured by the covering camera. The fused event carries the alarm classification, the recognized identity, and the supporting frame.
Because identity is resolved at the moment of the alarm, secondary screening becomes more targeted and the response can be shaped around known risk context rather than only around the device alert.
Supporting product visual
eConnect layers on top of the systems a property already runs, binding them to one identity and one investigation record.
What the integration delivers
Alarm to identity fusion
Threat detection events and the recognized face at the lane can be joined into one event record.
Targeted secondary screening
Response teams can differentiate between a first time guest and a known prior issue.
Lane level traceability
The supporting frame and lane data stay attached to the alarm for later review.
Watchlist context
The person identified at the lane can be evaluated against active watchlists.
Where teams put it to work
Each page follows the same structure so operators can compare partners quickly: overview, workflow, capabilities, use cases, visuals, and a clear next step.
Venue entrance screening
A threat detection alarm can be reviewed together with the face and prior context of the person involved.
Repeat offender recognition
An individual previously associated with a gate incident can be surfaced when a new alarm occurs.
Incident reconstruction
Security can reconstruct the alarm and the supporting entrance footage without assembling evidence from separate systems.
How the data moves
eConnect reads from the partner platform, resolves identity, and returns intelligence. Nothing on the property has to be replaced to support that workflow.

Intelligence layer
Xtract One lane alerts and entrance video feed eConnect so the threat event and the identified person can be reviewed together.
What changes for the team
The outcome should be a tighter response path, a cleaner investigative record, and better continuity between identity, video, and operations.
Investigations in minutes, not days
A single photo resolves to a timeline, the associated video, and the linked events. Reviewers stop scrubbing footage and start reviewing evidence.
One record, one truth
Identity, video, and operational data live in the same investigation record, so compliance requests and legal holds are answered from one place.
Bans that actually hold
A person removed once is recognized on the next visit, whether that is next week or three years later. Enforcement stops depending on who happens to be on shift.
No system to rip and replace
The platform a property already bought, trained on, and budgeted for stays in place. eConnect adds the intelligence layer on top of it.
