One unified view across Mirasys video and eConnect intelligence

Mirasys operators get recognition, behavior alerts, and identity history in the interface they already run, with the eConnect intelligence layer resolving faces to people and people to prior activity.

Overview

How the integration works

eConnect reads Mirasys camera streams, applies facial recognition and behavioral analytics, and returns each detection as a Mirasys event with the frame reference attached. Operators work from a single alert surface rather than watching a second screen.

The identity layer persists independently of the video retention policy. When a Mirasys recording ages out, the eConnect record of who was present, when, and what alert fired remains available for investigation and compliance review.

Key capabilities

What the integration delivers

Unified alert surface

Recognition and behavior alerts arrive in the Mirasys workflow instead of a separate console.

Behavior analytics

Loitering, tailgating, and crowd signals are correlated with the identity captured in frame.

Persistent identity history

The subject record can outlive the video retention window so an investigation survives the purge cycle.

Multi site aggregation

Several Mirasys installations can report into one eConnect intelligence layer.

Use cases

Where teams put it to work

Each page follows the same structure so operators can compare partners quickly: overview, workflow, capabilities, use cases, visuals, and a clear next step.

Gaming floor advantage play

A known advantage player is recognized at a table camera and the pit is notified in time to respond.

Venue perimeter monitoring

Loitering near a service entrance is correlated with a face on an internal watchlist and escalated.

Compliance record retention

An investigator can review who was present during an incident even after the original video has expired.

Architecture

How the data moves

eConnect reads from the partner platform, resolves identity, and returns intelligence. Nothing on the property has to be replaced to support that workflow.

Operator value

What changes for the team

The outcome should be a tighter response path, a cleaner investigative record, and better continuity between identity, video, and operations.

No system to rip and replace

The platform a property already bought, trained on, and budgeted for stays in place. eConnect adds the intelligence layer on top of it.

Investigations in minutes, not days

A single photo resolves to a timeline, the associated video, and the linked events. Reviewers stop scrubbing footage and start reviewing evidence.

Bans that actually hold

A person removed once is recognized on the next visit, whether that is next week or three years later. Enforcement stops depending on who happens to be on shift.

One record, one truth

Identity, video, and operational data live in the same investigation record, so compliance requests and legal holds are answered from one place.
