Pro Watch access events answered with a face

eConnect joins Honeywell Pro Watch cardholder and door event data to live recognition so security responds to a named person rather than to a door number.

Overview

How the integration works

Pro Watch cardholder records can synchronize into eConnect and door events can stream in continuously. Each event can be matched against the face recognized at the reader and reviewed as verified, mismatched, or unknown.

Behavior analytics can run on the same cameras. Loitering at a restricted door, repeated denied reads, and propped door conditions can all be reported with the recognized subject attached.

eConnect layers on top of the systems a property already runs, binding them to one identity and one investigation record.

Key capabilities

What the integration delivers

Cardholder synchronization

Pro Watch cardholder and credential records can populate the eConnect identity graph.

Reader camera matching

The face at the door can be evaluated against the credential owner at the moment of access.

Behavior context at the door

Loitering and repeated attempts can be surfaced with the recognized subject attached where available.

Identity based event review

Door events and supporting face evidence can be reviewed in one case picture.

Use cases

Where teams put it to work

Each page follows the same structure so operators can compare partners quickly: overview, workflow, capabilities, use cases, visuals, and a clear next step.

Restricted office access

A denied or unusual entry can be reviewed with the face at the reader rather than only with the credential log.

Former employee monitoring

A former employee near a secured door can be surfaced when they reappear.

After hours loitering

Pro Watch door activity and camera behavior context can be reviewed together during an after hours incident.

Architecture

How the data moves

eConnect reads from the partner platform, resolves identity, and returns intelligence. Nothing on the property has to be replaced to support that workflow.

Operator value

What changes for the team

The outcome should be a tighter response path, a cleaner investigative record, and better continuity between identity, video, and operations.

One record, one truth

Identity, video, and operational data live in the same investigation record, so compliance requests and legal holds are answered from one place.

Investigations in minutes, not days

A single photo resolves to a timeline, the associated video, and the linked events. Reviewers stop scrubbing footage and start reviewing evidence.

No system to rip and replace

The platform a property already bought, trained on, and budgeted for stays in place. eConnect adds the intelligence layer on top of it.

Bans that actually hold

A person removed once is recognized on the next visit, whether that is next week or three years later. Enforcement stops depending on who happens to be on shift.
