Gallagher Command Centre, with the face bound to the badge
Gallagher knows which credential opened the door. eConnect adds who was holding it, turning access events into identity events the security team can act on.
How the partnership works
Cardholder records from Gallagher Command Centre synchronize into eConnect identity management. At each reader covered by a camera, eConnect recognizes the face presenting the badge and compares it against the cardholder the credential belongs to.
A mismatch, a tailgate, or an access attempt by someone on an internal watchlist raises an alert in real time and can drive a Gallagher action such as locking down a door or raising an alarm zone.
What the integration delivers
Cardholder synchronization
Gallagher cardholder and credential records populate the eConnect identity graph automatically.
Face-versus-badge verification
The face at the reader is compared against the registered holder of the credential presented.
Tailgating detection
A second person entering on one badge is detected and alerted with both faces captured.
Watchlist-driven door control
A recognized watchlist subject at a reader can trigger a Gallagher lockdown or alarm action.
What it changes for the operator
Business outcomes, not feature lists. This is what the property gets out of the integration.
Badge sharing ends
When the face has to match the badge, credential sharing stops being an untraceable convenience.
Terminated staff cannot walk back in
A revoked cardholder moves to an internal watchlist, so a retained badge is worthless.
One record, one truth
Identity, video, and operational data live in the same investigation record, so compliance requests and legal holds are answered from one place.
Investigations in minutes, not days
A single photo resolves to a full timeline, the associated video, and every linked event. Reviewers stop scrubbing footage and start reading answers.
How the data moves
eConnect reads from the partner platform, resolves identity, and returns intelligence. Nothing is replaced.

Intelligence layer
Gallagher cardholder data synchronizes into eConnect; face-versus-badge results return as alerts and can drive Gallagher door actions.
Where it earns its keep
Count-room access
Entry to the count room requires the badge and the recognized face to agree, and any mismatch alarms instantly.
Tailgate at a back-of-house door
Two people enter on one badge. Both faces are captured and the second is identified.
Post-termination access attempt
A former employee presents a retained badge and is recognized on the internal watchlist at the reader.
