A screening alarm, and the name of the person who set it off

Evolv tells security that something came through the lane. eConnect tells them who carried it, whether that person has been here before, and whether they are already on a watchlist.

Integration overview

How the partnership works

Evolv screening events stream into eConnect with a lane and a timestamp. eConnect matches that lane and instant to the face captured by the entrance camera covering it, producing one fused event: the alarm, the person, and the frame.

The fused event is evaluated against every watchlist. An alarm from an unknown first-time guest and an alarm from a person ejected for a weapons incident last season are two very different situations, and the responding officer now knows which one is walking toward them.

Key capabilities

What the integration delivers

Lane-and-instant fusion

The Evolv alarm and the face captured in that lane at that moment are joined into a single event.

Watchlist correlation on alarm

Every screening alarm is evaluated against ejection, BOLO, and internal-threat watchlists.

Repeat-alarm history

A person who has alarmed before is identified as a repeat, not treated as a first occurrence.

Evidence-ready event record

The alarm, the identity, the frame, and the resolution export together as one record.

Customer benefits

What it changes for the operator

Business outcomes, not feature lists. This is what the property gets out of the integration.

Responders arrive informed

An officer approaching an alarm knows whether the person in front of them has a history. That changes the response.

Bans that actually hold

A person removed once is recognized on their next visit, whether that is next week or three years later. Enforcement stops depending on who happens to be on shift.

One record, one truth

Identity, video, and operational data live in the same investigation record, so compliance requests and legal holds are answered from one place.

Investigations in minutes, not days

A single photo resolves to a full timeline, the associated video, and every linked event. Reviewers stop scrubbing footage and start reading answers.

Architecture

How the data moves

eConnect reads from the partner platform, resolves identity, and returns intelligence. Nothing is replaced.

Typical use cases

Where it earns its keep

Stadium gate screening

A screening alarm at gate four is fused with the face of a fan ejected last season for a weapons incident.

Casino entrance screening

An alarm from a self-excluded patron produces one event covering both the screening and the exclusion breach.

Repeat-alarm pattern

The same individual alarming across three events in a season is surfaced as a pattern rather than three unrelated alerts.
